4 Who else to find to help you

The repetition of this section should be a hint as to how important I believe this is. There are a couple of reasons for this.

First off someone else needs to know how to do all this stuff so that when you graduate there is some sort of smooth transition. This was probably my one major failing as the lighting person at Baker. While I did try very hard to find someone to carry on, I found it exceedingly difficult. This may have been due partly to the fact that I was running myself completely ragged with all of the things I was doing, most of which were unrelated to lighting.

Take my word for it that having people around to help made it thousands of times easier and that your investment of time into finding good helpers will be well rewarded.

This statement is equally applicable to the other areas of the theater apart from lighting, help is needed in all areas, so if you find someone who wants to help, but not with lights, make sure that they are not forgotten about, tell the appropriate person and check up to make sure that that person has gotten in touch with the person who expressed any interest whatsoever.
