3.1.1 Don Russell

Don Russell is (at least as of last I knew) the technical coordinator for the stages at the Shepard School. Try to track him down in person since he is very slow at answering any messages you may leave on his machine.

He was the major force in Baker Lighting in the early to mid eighties and thus knows almost everything there is to know about how to run lights in the Baker College Commons. He also knows just about everything else as well and has even directed (``Macbeth'' 1991).

Many of the things you are about to read are compilations of things he has told me over the past couple of years, with some modifications and additions. If you want to bring hands-on experience to help you out he is the first person to approach. He is very busy, so don't expect him to solve all your problems, but if you have distinct questions don't be afraid to ask.
