Equipment Rotating chair Heavy wheel with handles Description A volunteer from the audience is chosen to sit on the rotating chair. The wheel is then spun fairly quickly and given to the volunteer to hold upright. When the wheel is twisted to the right or left, the chair and volunteer rotate also. Notes and Safety The wheel is very heavy. Many young children are too small to hold the wheel. Make sure the volunteer has their feet on the foot rest for stability before you start. Some volunteers will start twisting the wheel before you let it go. This makes the demonstration ineffective.
