 The tab below is based on Glen's solo acoustic version (at 
 least the one I've heard) and is at at Capo II.  It doesn't 
 have all the exact string notations, but sounds pretty 
 close.  The demo version is at Capo III and has a few more 
 fills in it at various places, but the basic chords are the 
 same.  In the first verse, the original lyrics are shown first
 with the new demo lyrics below in parenthesis.

 At *, transition from D to F#m by playing (relative to 
 capo):
